Weirdly enough, Millie was shy at first. I can't even tell you how many times Millie has been with Sarah... why in the world would she be shy?!

For as many times as she put her head down and refused to smile, Sarah captured lots of photos with her looking up and even smiling.

I am so behind on blogging. I have lots to share. 

Millie's birthday. Scotty's trip to Zion. A trip to St. George. 4th of July. Kitchen remodel starts. 

All of that will have to wait. I got Millie's pictures back this past week from Sarah D! 

As you all know, Sarah is one of my BFF's. She so graciously shot these when she was days away from delivering her fourth baby... and did a fabulous job!

We had family pictures done at the end of October by Miss Sarah D.

As I look back on the photos... I realized that my children were naughty! Specifically Millie. She is literally not smiling in ANY picture that we took. Which is so odd for her... she is usually the  smiley faced one, not Lucas. Anyhow, I digress.

Oh, and this is just the perfect way to sum up the excitement of my children on picture day...

Maybe we should use that one. Lucas especially looks awesome.
