the zoo

While Scotty went on a boys trip to St. George/Vegas, the kids and I spent some time with my parents. 

We went to lunch, the zoo, and swimming. 

The kids had a great time!

The giraffes have always been Luke's favorite. When he was about 2 years old, he started associating Giraffes with his Dad. He would see a Giraffe and say "Tall like Daddy!"

We stayed at the giraffes for a while. They were eating and so close to us... so the kids loved it.

While Millie spent her time being obsessed with the screeching monkeys... 

Luke played with the tractor.
